Contrast therapy, reimagined. Together.
RITUAL is a self-paced social sauna and cold plunge club. We bring ancient heat-and-cold practice into a modern space where recovery is a shared thing, not a solitary one. Recovery is not rushed here. It is intentional, and it is better together.

Feel the experience.
Reading about contrast therapy is not the same as sitting in it. Founding rates are the lowest RITUAL will ever offer, and they are going in order.

The saunas
Finnish tradition. American muscle.
Two state-of-the-art Finnish saunas powered by dual Torch heaters, delivering authentic löyly — the smooth wave of steam created when water meets hot stones.
Crafted by Symmetry Sauna Builders of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, with Finland's TAIVE sauna system by Cariitti. Seamless hemlock and birch interiors, ergonomic benches, and heat that holds.
Every detail is built for deep heat and real restoration, not a hot room with a bench in it.
The plunges
Cold exposure, engineered.
We partner with Virda Studios for a best-in-class cold immersion setup built for precision, safety and performance.
Three individual stone resin plunges at 55°, 45° and 35°, plus a two-to-four person shared plunge at 50°. Pick your level and move up when you are ready.
Each is custom built in the U.S. with sustainable materials and industrial-grade chillers. Commercial carbon filtration, paired with ozone and oxidation, UV light, automated dosing and water tested by hand every single day, keeps it genuinely clear — not "clear enough". Those bubbles on the surface are the ozone working.
Clean
Commercial carbon filtration, ozone and oxidation, UV light, automated dosing, and water tested by hand every single day.
Clear
You can read the tile at the bottom of every plunge. Not "clear enough". Clear.
Crisp
55°, 50°, 45° and 35°, held there by industrial chillers rather than by hope.
Session styles
Three ways to book an hour.

RITUAL Specialty
Rotating offerings that use heat and cold as a backdrop for intentional community. Featured meditations, guided breathwork, silent sauna, musical artist and album features, women's and men's hours, and full sensory essential oil immersions. Named in the booking title.
