Heat, then cold, then rest. Move at your own pace, stay about an hour, and talk to whoever is there or to nobody at all. You will leave lighter than you arrived.
Most recovery is something you do by yourself. This is not. The bench matters as much as the sauna, and the person on it matters more than either. Come alone once and you probably will not come alone twice.

Finnish saunas, elevated
Two state-of-the-art saunas, each powered by dual USA-built Torch heaters and Finland's TAIVE system by Cariitti. Real löyly, the soft radiant wave when water meets hot stone. Hemlock and birch, built by Symmetry Sauna Builders.
Cold plunges, refined
Three individual stone resin plunges at 55°, 45° and 35°, plus a shared plunge at 50° for two to four people. Industrial chillers, commercial carbon filtration, ozone and oxidation, UV light, automated dosing, and water tested by hand every single day. The cleanest water of any plunges in town.
A sanctuary, not a scene
We cultivate elevated conversation, conscious awareness and respect for every person in the room, and we hold that line. Phones and filming stay out so you can be here fully, apart from content sessions about once a month, on the schedule well in advance. Full locker rooms and private showers shared with APEX | yoga pod, sauna towels provided. We cap the room at 22 people an hour. It is permitted for more. We would rather it stayed quiet.

Why it works
Ancient practice. Modern evidence.
Regular sauna use is linked to better cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure and inflammation, better sleep, and a significantly lower risk of all-cause mortality. Cold immersion cuts soreness, lifts mood, and sharpens focus.

Tell us what you have and what you want. You pay the difference today and it is deducted from your November bill. Your current membership keeps billing as normal until then. Founders still go first: RITUAL is yours before we open to the public (we reveal the exact date on November 1), and everything between opening day and your next billing date is included. On that date your two memberships become one at your founding rate, locked for 12 months.
The best value is an Infinity. Two brands or all three works out cheaper per club than adding RITUAL on its own.

First time?
Nervous is normal.
Most guests walk out after the first session wondering why they waited. You will check in at the same front desk as APEX and yoga pod, change, grab a towel, and walk through the hallway door into the sanctuary.
Two to four rounds of sauna, a cool-down between each, and rest in between. The rest is the best part. Take it.
